Since opening our store in Old Town Scottsdale in 2015, we've expanded to prime locations, including the bustling 5th Ave. With high foot traffic in both locations, our stores are perfectly positioned to attract new clients. We’re looking for motivated individuals who can confidently engage with customers, encourage them to visit our shop, and drive sales.
We are not looking for Aesthetician!
Position Overview:
We are looking for Front Sales Representatives who are not shy and can confidently stop people, engage them in conversation, and convince them to enter the store. Your role will involve delivering engaging product demonstrations and showcasing our exclusive skincare and anti-aging products. This is a client-facing, sales-driven position—not for aestheticians—ideal for those who are comfortable making strong first impressions and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with passersby, encouraging them to visit the shop and explore our products.
- Confidently deliver product demonstrations, explaining the benefits of our luxury skincare lines and devices.
- Build rapport with customers to provide a high-end, personalized shopping experience.
- Stay knowledgeable about the latest beauty trends to offer expert advice.
- Support in-store events and promotions to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
Qualifications:
- Confidence in approaching and stopping potential customers.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade people.
- Sales experience is a plus, but a passion for beauty and strong work ethic is key.
- Ability to stand and interact with customers for extended periods.
- Enthusiasm for luxury beauty products and anti-aging solutions.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $20 per hour
- Commission: Earn additional income based on sales performance.
