JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Strategy, Design, & Brand Management
- Design and lead emotionally-driven marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences, fostering brand loyalty and deep connections.
- Use consumer psychology and market research to craft compelling brand narratives and customer stories that align with the company's mission.
- Create, maintain, and expand the company's brand kit and image across all platforms, ensuring consistency and emotional impact in visual identity, messaging, and tone.
- Collaborate to produce and execute emotionally impactful content and messaging across digital, social media, video, and print channels.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools, providing actionable insights to refine messaging and improve results.
Team Leadership & Brand Integrity
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and customer empathy.
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to integrate emotional marketing strategies into all customer touchpoints.
- Conduct internal checks to ensure team members correctly use marketing materials that are in line with brand standards and guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in marketing, with a focus on emotionally-driven campaigns and consumer psychology
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) with the ability to create visually compelling marketing materials that align with the brand's image and messaging
- Experience in EdTech, summer camps, or educational programming is a strong plus, with the ability to market programs that engage kids and parents in educational technology
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
- Proven ability to create compelling narratives and lead cross-functional marketing initiatives
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for fostering team development
- A deep understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and storytelling
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze campaign effectiveness and make strategic adjustments
