JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inventory Management
- Implement and oversee a comprehensive inventory management system for all assets including supplies, equipment, and consumables
- Manage procurement of supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery, based on inventory needs
- Track and manage the lifecycle of tech equipment, from procurement to disposal
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Monitor inventory levels and establish reorder points to meet demand
- Manage the storage and organization of inventory items to maximize efficiency and accessibility
- Forecast inventory needs based on camp program schedules and participant numbers
- Update packing lists for summer locations and oversee packing and truck loading to ensure all items are accurately checked out and loaded
- Provide direction and mentorship to teams of seasonal interns
Program Operations
- Manage all stages of site location move-ins, setup, inventory tracking, and move-outs, from planning to execution
- Communicate with onsite directors and location managers to ensure locations have sufficient materials and equipment to execute camp at a high level throughout the summer
- Be available via phone, email, and other communication tools to provide support and guidance to seasonal staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years professional work experience in Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Tech savvy, with a strong command of spreadsheets
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
- Quickly takes ownership of tasks and steps into leadership roles
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- An ability to troubleshoot independently & problem solve
- Delivers on details with follow up
- Inclusive, professional, upbeat, and positive attitude
