You must be proficient in Excel, possess excellent written and verbal communication and be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment. Additionally, you must have relatable technical accounting experience, advanced ERP system experience, and a 4-year Accounting or Finance degree. CPA or CPA candidate preferred but not required. You will be required to demonstrate your skills and abilities for the following activities as required for the role.
- Partners with the VP of Operations and CEO to manage multiple client projects and tasks
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Ensures timely and accurate month end, quarterly and yearly accounting closes
- Review and approve invoices and journal entries
- Accounts Receivable contract review
- Preparing revenue recognition schedules
- Plays an integral part in driving process improvement and leading continuous improvement of processes and systems
- Maintain and nurture client relationships and manage client central communications
- Special projects and other duties as needed and assigned
- Maintain the integrity of the firm in all correspondence and client interactions
