Account Coordinator

8:30 AM -5:00 PM Monday - Friday In-Office

JOB DUTIES:

  • Complete the daily account management needs of an assigned group of clients.
  • Help build successful relationships with clients, vendors, and carriers to improve client retention.
  • Update and maintain detailed records in our client database.
  • Process product enrollment forms and complete product administrative paperwork for our clients.
  • Support the renewal and sales processes for assigned and prospective clients by working directly with our agents.
  • Advise clients on carrier and legislative guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Administrative tasks as assigned by sales and upper management staff.

OTHER PREFERRED JOB SKILLS:

  • MS Office skills, including experience working in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Maintain an upbeat and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to write professional, detailed business correspondence to clients and carriers.
  • Insurance background is appreciated but is not required.
  • This would be a great entry level position for a recent college grad.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
