8:30 AM -5:00 PM Monday - Friday In-Office
JOB DUTIES:
- Complete the daily account management needs of an assigned group of clients.
- Help build successful relationships with clients, vendors, and carriers to improve client retention.
- Update and maintain detailed records in our client database.
- Process product enrollment forms and complete product administrative paperwork for our clients.
- Support the renewal and sales processes for assigned and prospective clients by working directly with our agents.
- Advise clients on carrier and legislative guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Administrative tasks as assigned by sales and upper management staff.
OTHER PREFERRED JOB SKILLS:
- MS Office skills, including experience working in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Maintain an upbeat and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to write professional, detailed business correspondence to clients and carriers.
- Insurance background is appreciated but is not required.
- This would be a great entry level position for a recent college grad.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
