Key Responsibilities :
- Handle all phases of litigation, from discovery to trial preparation, including depositions and motion practice.
- Analyze legal issues and prepare legal documents such as motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses .
- Maintain client relationships by providing legal guidance and counseling on potential risks and defense strategies.

Base Salary Range : $155,000 - $220,000 / annually
