Growing midsized Manhattan law firm with a deep pipeline of cases is looking to add a mid-level corporate associate to their 75-attorney corporate practice group. The right individual has 2-6 years of corporate experience in a top law firm setting, preferably with a securities / capital markets background, including 33 / 34 Act compliance experience. Firm offers sophisticated work in a hands-on practice and good client contact. This is an exceptional opportunity with a well-established firm, good professional advancement, and mentoring with experienced partners. Salary in the $180K-$295K range, hybrid work.
