Inside Sales Representative (Remote) – Family Law & Estate Planning Firm
Our growing family law and estate planning firm in Virginia is seeking a Client Services Coordinator (Inside Sales Representative) to engage with prospective clients, build relationships, and convert leads into clients. This is a 100% remote position.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate has experience in consultative sales, preferably in professional services or high-ticket items. You will guide prospective clients through the consultation process, address objections, and create urgency to retain their business. While legal industry experience is a plus, it’s not required—training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone and video consultations with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and close sales through relationship-building and value-driven conversations.
- Maintain client engagement agreements and ensure a seamless handover to the legal team.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics in CRM and spreadsheets.
- Participate in business development, online events, and networking to generate referrals.
- Support the firm’s client experience initiatives and online review campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience in professional services or high-ticket items (required).
- Strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with clients going through personal challenges.
- Tech-savvy—proficient with cloud-based applications, CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
