Their Denver office is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our dynamic team and handle complex insurance coverage matters, including policy interpretation, coverage analysis, and litigation.
Qualifications:
- J.D. (Juris Doctor) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Colorado Bar in good standing.
- 3 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze insurance policies and provide coverage opinions.
- Represent insurers in coverage litigation, including declaratory judgment actions and bad faith claims.
- Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
