Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Colorado.
- 2 years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial motions, depositions, mediation, trial, and appeals.
- Draft and argue motions, including motions for summary judgment.
- Prepare clients and expert witnesses for depositions and trial.
Salary : $130,000 - $200,000
