Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations into potential class action claims.
- Develop and implement effective case strategies, working closely with experts and support staff.
- Draft and file all necessary legal documents, including complaints and motions.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including discovery, depositions, and trial.
- Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes through mediation or arbitration.
Required Qualifications:
- JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- At least 3 years of experience in consumer protection law, with a focus on class action litigation.
