Responsibilities:
- Help clients understand the law and their options.
- Speak and act for clients in court or legal meetings.
- Write and review contracts, agreements, etc.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor Degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- NY Bar in good standing
