The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, setting claims, and advocating for clients in court. This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients. The client majorly does personal injury plaintiff, employment law, bad faith, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Help clients understand the law and their options.
• Speak and act for clients in court or legal meetings.
• Write and review contracts, agreements, etc.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor Degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• NY Bar in good standing
