Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Open mail and scan into dropbox folders
- Assist with ordering office supplies
- Provide client support by answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Assist with Accounts Payable
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Support legal office operations, including receptionist duties
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage files and documents
- Excellent customer service skills to provide support to clients
- Proficient in data entry to accurately input information into systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who can work with limited supervision is a plus
- Familiarity with office operations is a plus
This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration or a related field.
