Bookkeeper/Accountant
Required Skills & Experience:
2 years or more experience in accounting, bookkeeping and finance.
Knowledge in quickbooks, invoicing, accounts receivable, banking and finance, reconciling books, payroll preparation, payment of liabilities prepares financial reports weekly and monthly for management.
Drafting checks and disbursements for case settlements, filing fees and other government payments in regards to the cases. Balance and maintain trust accounts, capture and track all case costs.
Experience working accounting for a law firm, excellent time management, excellent writing and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work well independently and with others.
Execute processes related to accounts payable and accounts receivable management, bookkeeping entries, closing the books monthly as well as preparing financial reporting and analysis.
Payroll and special projects as assigned.
Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with all team members, internally and externally. Maintain and comply with the highest degree of professional standards, confidentiality and personal conduct.
