Growing Law Firm, located near the I-684 and I-84 interchange, seeks a Trust and Estates Paralegal. Our firm primarily focuses in the area of Trust and Estates, Elder Law, and Real Property. We are a values centered firm providing exceptional legal services with Honor and Integrity while treating our Clients with Compassion and Dignity.
Responsibilities include drafting Estate Planning Documents, including but not limited to Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Directives. Drafting Probate Petitions and filing the same with the relevant court. Monitoring NYSCEF and generating correspondence. Coordinating with Executors, Financial Institutions and Accountants to complete estates and prepare for distribution of estate assets. Collate all relevant documents and prepare for Client presentations.
Preferred Candidates should have between three and five years experience in the area of Trusts and Estates and Elder Law. Experience with Medicaid applications is preferred but not required. Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft 365, Adobe Pro, Lexis Nexis, and with Attorney Billing Software.
Bachelor's Degree required. Notary is not required for entry but must be achieved within six months of hire.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
