Due to growth we are seeking an addition to our Intake team! Are you a motivate, detail-oriented and customer centric Intake Specialist / Sales Representative? If so, we would love for you to join our dynamic sales team at The Law Office of Bryan Fagan. The ideal candidate will be one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, responsible for evaluating and qualifying leads, and guiding them through the initial intake process. This role requires a balance of excellent customer service skills and sales acumen to effectively communicate the value of our legal services. Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM software is a plus.

About the Role :
Client Intake and Assessment
Respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, and online channels.
Conduct initial consultations to gather essential information about potential clients' legal needs.
Evaluate and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with our firm's services.
Schedule appointments with attorneys for qualified leads.
Follow up calls on sales pipeline.
Sales and Customer Service :
Present and explain the firm's services to potential clients, emphasizing the benefits and value of choosing our firm.
Follow up with potential clients to answer questions, address concerns, and provide additional information as needed.
Administrative Duties :
Accurately enter and update client information in the firm's CRM system (HubSpot knowledge preferred not required).
Your Education and Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
2 years of previous experience in customer service, sales, or intake specialist role, preferably in a legal or financial services. 5 years of exact experience is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
