We work from home on Monday and Fridays and lock arms to work our plan together Tuesday-Thursday in the office together. The average attorney handles 25 matters at one time with an exceptionally dedicated legal assistant and paralegal for EVERY lawyer to allow you to serve as the lawyer you have worked so hard to become. We're a firm that invests heavily in supporting our team's success. We are looking for a Family Law Attorney who will thrive in a team environment, has a growth mindset, and has excellent communication skills with clients and in the litigation process. Most of our cases never make it to trial but we are always preparing our clients and the matters for trial.

Family Law Attorney Responsibilities :
- Family Law litigation experience with an average of 120 billable hours a month.
- Prepare, conduct, and review discovery.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Attend Zoom hearings, status conferences, mediations, and trials - you bring litigation experience to the table.
- Advise clients with compassion in divorce and child custody matters.
- Negotiate settlements.
- Engage in potential client consultations.
- Comply with all legal standards and Rules of Professional Responsibility.
