Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have intermediate experience in transactional and loan review and administrative tasks. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys by preparing legal documents, conducting document review, follow up and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Draft, and review legal documents including contracts, title reports and loan documents closing statements and closing disclosures.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for bank closings and purchaser and seller residential closings.
- Maintain accurate records of file progress and manage deadlines for closings
- Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates on file status, and address inquiries with professional phone etiquette.
- Ensure compliance with real estate and lender transactions
- Support real estate processes by preparing necessary documentation and client communications.
- Collaborate with other legal staff to ensure efficient workflow within the office.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a real estate Paralegal or in a similar legal administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of real estate transactions from all perspectives
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, along with professional phone etiquette.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work output.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
