The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of family law experience in and out of the courtroom, a Bachelor's degree and J.D. degree, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities include developing case strategies, collaborating with clients, supervising draft pleadings, and attending court proceedings.
- Take cases to trial when necessary but appreciate the value of pursuing settlements advantageous to your clients
- Work with and delegate to a paralegal team
- Be equally comfortable advocating for custody for a man or a woman
