They will be comfortable developing case strategies for clients seeking custody or modifying custody, and supervising the drafting of pleadings necessary for all types of family law matters.
**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with clients to identify marital and non-marital assets and liabilities ranging from basic to complex and help strategize property divisions that are in the best interests of our clients.
- Develop case strategies for clients seeking custody or modifying custody and assist in gathering the evidence needed to advocate for them effectively in the courtroom or mediation.
- Be comfortable with the Texas Family Law Practice Manual and supervise the drafting of pleadings necessary for all types of family law matters.
- Attend court proceedings and participate in mediations as needed to represent clients.
- Collaborate with owner and paralegals to effectively move files through the litigation process.
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients with regular status reports and case reviews.
- Consistently track your time on all case matters and make improvement recommendations to team members.
