We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bilingual Legal Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our attorneys and ensure the smooth operation of our firm.
Detailed duties include:
- Front Desk Management: Greet clients, visitors, and callers, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, and relay information as needed.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and consultations, and manage calendars.
- File Management: Maintain and organize client files, including filing documents and keeping records.
- Administrative Support: Assist with tasks such as preparing correspondence, scanning documents, and managing office supplies.
- Clerical Tasks: Sort and distribute mail, faxes, and other documents.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, representing the firm positively to clients and visitors.
- Confidentiality: Handle client information and sensitive documents with discretion and confidentiality.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
- Accuracy: Ensure accuracy in all tasks, including scheduling, communication, and file management.
- Problem-Solving: Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure smooth office operations
- Light office and common areas cleaning and organization
Required skills
- Proven experience as a Legal Receptionist or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team

Education and experience required
- Bilingual (Spanish and English), is required
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Legal Receptionist/ Secretary work experience, is required
- Computer Skills with proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, outlook is required
