RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage the company's main email inbox and respond to inquiries promptly
- Manage the company's social media inbox and respond to inquiries promptly
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
EXPERIENCE
- Bilingual Spanish and English Required
- Proficiency in using Google calendar for basic tasks
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communications
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) for document management and collaboration
- Experience in calendar management to schedule appointments and meetings efficiently
- Previous experience as an order entry clerk is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills to provide assistance to clients and visitors
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
