Associate attorneys may work remotely and your hours may be flexible. However, you are required to appear at all hearings and depositions in person.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to clients
- Maintain client relationships
- Advocate for clients in court
- Prepare legal reports and documents
- Filing claims, motions and doing discovery
- Negotiate settlements
- Do whatever is necessary to help our team succeed
- Meet your billable hourly requirements
Qualifications
- JD
- California Bar License
- At least 2 - 5 Years of Experience as a Family Law Attorney
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong legal knowledge
- Discovery Background a Plus
- Civil Litigation Background a Plus
- Bankruptcy Background a Plus
Salary : $115,000 - $135,000
