What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Office Assistant position at Law Office of Kevin O'Grady, LLC?
Receptionist/Office Assistant- staff for a busy criminal law firm in downtown Honolulu. You will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, opening/closing files and assisting the legal assistant. Must be familiar with Adobe, Microsoft word and excel. Familiarity with Cosmolex is a plus but not necessary.
