Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client cases from start to finish, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected, forms are completed, and cases are prepared according to office guidelines. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a keen ability to maintain thorough and accurate case files while providing exceptional support to clients throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Management: Oversee and manage client cases from initial intake to case resolution, ensuring timely and efficient handling of each case.
Client Coordination: Work directly with clients to obtain all necessary legal documentation and materials needed to support their cases.
Questionnaire Distribution: Provide clients with questionnaires via our client management system to ensure they complete the required forms accurately and on time.
Case Preparation: Ensure that all cases are thoroughly prepared and meet the specific guidelines and standards set by the office before submission or further action.
Client Support & Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, clarify requirements, and offer guidance throughout the case preparation process.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Proficiency in client management software or willingness to learn
Prior experience in case management or a related legal field is a plus
Working knowledge of Spanish highly preferred
