Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in Immigration Court and before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).
- Prepare and file visa petitions, motions, and appeals.
- Conduct research and analysis on complex immigration law issues.
Requirements:
- Experience in family-based adjustment of status, waivers, asylum, naturalization, consular processing, cancellation of removal, U visas, USCIS, Immigration Court, and BIA representation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
