We are seeking a part-time legal secretary who is computer-savvy and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative and clerical tasks to support our attorneys and ensure the smooth operation of our office. With two attorneys on-site, there will always be guidance and assistance available.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports
- Manage and organize electronic and paper files
- Assist with client communication via phone and email
- Schedule appointments and maintain attorney calendars
- Conduct light legal research and data entry
- Utilize various computer programs for document preparation and office management
- Perform general office tasks such as scanning, filing, and mailing documents
