Job Description
We are seeking a Law Firm Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Compensation is based on experience. Hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5PM. Health Insurance is available after 90 days.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with law firm billing using the software Bill For Time
- Answers phone calls and emails
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Contact Clients to schedule appointments with attorneys and other staff
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- 2 years of experience working in a Law Firm.
- Experience using Bill For Time
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Legal Experience a Plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
