We are searching for an Assistant Bookkeeper to help in our accounting department.
Education
- Associates degree preferred but not required.
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience
Job Responsibilities
- Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
- Prepare & update settlement statements
- Effectively communicate with attorney for settlement purposes
- And other responsibilities
Skills Needed
- Must be good with numbers
- Trained to use QuickBooks sufficiently to perform above duties
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Detail Oriented
- Experience with cost ledgers
- Experience with accounts payable and receivable
- Organized and can consistently meet deadlines
- Professional Attitude
- Customer Service Oriented
- Can maintain confidentiality

- Able to Multi-task
