The ideal candidate will have prior experience in pre-litigation case management and be skilled in handling cases from intake through resolution. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage personal injury cases from intake to resolution
- Maintain excellent communication and rapport with clients
- Work closely with medical providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties
- Gather and organize medical records, bills, and other case-related documents
- Assist in demand preparation and settlement negotiations
- Collaborate with the litigation team if a case progresses beyond pre-litigation
- Work under the supervision of the pre-litigation attorney and report directly to them
