Ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and attributes:
*5 years of general office, secretarial, legal office, paralegal, or combined experience.
*High School Education (Associate's or Bachelor's Degree a PLUS)
*Read, write, speak and understand English fluently (Bilingual Spanish speaker a plus)
*Must Have reliable transportation
*Be a strategic thinker with common sense & ability to independently problem solve and exceed expectations
*Experience with Microsoft Office a MUST
*Must be able to multitask
*Must be detail oriented and able to follow instructions
*Must be punctual
Duties for this position will include but are not limited to:
calendaring/scheduling
answering phones
filing and scanning
Proofreading correspondence, contracts and other documents
assisting with preparation of and responding to discovery
document and file management
filing and recording documents with Florida efiling portal, Simplifile, and similar online platforms running errands
