- Prepare / revise correspondence, pleadings, corporate & real estate documents and other clerical assignments.
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive material. Run conflict checks and open new client engagements as requested.
- Maintain calendars, CLE, reports and time records. Maintain docketing for attorneys.
- E-Filing , copying, faxing, scanning, binding and presentation preparation.
- Handle various office and client filing; proofreading documents. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Answer phones and communicates with clients and courts on a daily basis.
Qualifications and Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office / SuiteWord, Outlook, Excel and Adobe -Between 2 and 5 years recent secretarial experience (litigation, commercial, real estate) within a law firm.
