We are a Personal Injury law firm that gets workers comp clients calling every month. Looking for a case manager/paralegal that knows how to get the claims going and settled. Must have at least 2 years of experience in handling workers compensation cases.
Duties
- Review and assess workers' compensation claims for eligibility and compliance with applicable laws.
- Conduct thorough investigations into claims, including gathering necessary documentation and evidence.
- Collaborate with medical professionals, employers, and employees to facilitate the claims process
