Staff Attorney

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Staff Attorney to join our legal team. The Staff Attorney will be responsible for providing legal support and assistance to our clients. Experience

-We are hiring one (1) attorney with experience in litigation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements
- Assist with case management, including organizing files, scheduling hearings, and maintaining deadlines
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal advice
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials
- Prepare and present legal arguments in court
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and case developments

Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in any state within the U.S.
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in legal administrative tasks, such as document management and case organization
- Familiarity with legal research tools, such as Lexis-Nexis
- Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents
- Experience in litigation and courtroom procedures

Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient in legal research methods and resources
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide effective solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
