- Client Reception: Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner, directing them to the appropriate person or waiting area.
- Phone Management: Answer and screen incoming phone calls, taking detailed messages and transferring calls to the relevant attorney or staff member.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule client appointments with attorneys, ensuring accurate calendar updates.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Manage incoming mail and packages, distributing them appropriately.
- Maintain client files and records, ensuring proper organization and confidentiality.
- Update and manage office supplies inventory.
