The Law Offices of Bob Nehoray is a boutique law firm with offices in Encino, Hemet and Palm Desert. We are looking for someone to join our team to help us manage our Workers' Compensation cases in our Hemet office.
Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional person to join our growing team! We need someone who is able to effectively manage a workers' compensation file under the supervision of an attorney. The ideal candidate should be able to manage a workers' compensation case from inception through settlement.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Client communication via phone, text, and email
- Managing all aspects of the file
- Drafting and filing general correspondence and court documents
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience working specifically with Workers' Comp Files.
- High attention to detail
- Organized
- Friendly and professional and flexible (working in a fast paced environment)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) a plus but not required.
