What You'll Do
As a Sales Representative, you will:
- Connect with Potential New Clients – Be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal services and guide them with compassion and confidence.
- Spend an hour getting to know the PNC (Potential New Clients) needs, desires, wants.
- Follow up with PNC's who do not convert during the first meeting within 24 hours.
- Help PNC's see the future they and their families deserve and want.
- You are an artist and dream maker.
- Qualify & Convert Leads – Listen to prospective clients, assess their needs, and communicate the value of our legal services to help them take the next step.
- Schedule Attorney Consultations – Set up appointments for qualified leads and ensure they feel supported throughout the intake process.
- Meet & Exceed Sales Goals – Drive revenue growth by achieving conversion targets and providing exceptional client service.
- Stay Organized & Efficient – Manage client interactions using CRM software, track lead conversion rates, and complete necessary administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Legal Team – Maintain strong internal communication to ensure a seamless handoff of clients from the intake team to our attorneys.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a Sales Representative with:
- 2 years of sales experience in a client-facing role (legal, financial services, or high-touch customer service preferred).
- Excellent communication & active listening skills – Ability to connect with people, build trust, and overcome objections.
- Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated – Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software (HubSpot experience a plus).
- Bilingual Preferred – While not required, Spanish-speaking and Creole-speaking candidates will have a competitive advantage.
- Strong Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up efficiently.
- Compassionate & Client-Focused – You understand that family law matters are deeply personal, and you know how to balance sales expertise with genuine care.
Work Schedule & Compensation
We offer:
- Pay: $40,000-$45,000 bonuses, OTE (on target earnings) well into 6 figures
- Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, rotating Saturdays)
- Location: Hybrid-In-person at our Tamarac, FL office and Remote
