What You'll Be Doing:
• Supporting attorneys in all phases of business litigation and employment-based immigration cases
• Supporting attorneys in legal research, pleadings preparation, and petition letters preparation
• Managing and organizing case files and evidence
• Assisting attorneys with discovery, including document review, production, and service
• Assisting attorneys with documents collection and organization for immigration cases
• Assisting attorneys in preparing for trials, mediations, and hearings
• Coordinating with clients, witnesses, experts, and attorneys
What We're Looking For:
• 2-6 years of experience in business litigation and employment-based immigration
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Chinese language preferred
