Family Law Associate Attorney

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and domestic violence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality legal representation to clients in a variety of family law matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for court hearings and trials.
• Advise clients on legal options and strategies.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent client communication.
• Manage caseloads efficiently and effectively.
• Contribute to the firm's overall success and growth.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
• Minimum of two years of experience in family law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
