- Excellent secretarial and clerical skills
- Attention to detail
- Organized, self-motivated, with ability to work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills (must be professional and courteous)
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- Experience with motor vehicle and premises liability cases from inception to settlement or trial.
- Duties include:
- Maintaining attorney calendar and preparing correspondence for Trials, Depositions DEF IME, Mediations. Keeping daily communication with attorney to make sure duties are completed
- Letters of representation
- Review of records
- Coordinating with Doctors for Trial or Video Depositions
- Mailing HIPPAS for Litigation, Service of Summons and complaint/Postal, DMV/Registered Agent, service by mail, Dobi, defaults
- Preparing pre-trial information exchange
- Experience with e-filing
- Tracking Discovery end dates
- Preparation of motions including motions for substituted service and motions to extend discovery
- Preparation of Interrogatories and notice to produce
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
