What are the responsibilities and job description for the CASE MANAGER FOR A PERSONAL INJURY BOUTIQUE FIRM position at Law Offices of Jennie Levin?
Daily Responsibilities:- New client onboarding, proactive support and communication with assigned cases - Communication with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other representatives regarding liability, property damage, and client treatment - Constant and accurate record keeping, case notes, calendar, etc. - Maintain friendly collaboration with colleagues. - Maintain constant & absolute confidentiality, professionalism, accuracy, integrity, and positive attitude - Attention to detail and logical thinking is a must as well as ability to wear many hats as assigned by lead attorney
Minimum Required Skills:- MUST HAVE at least three years of active experience managing personal injury cases within a personal injury law firm.
- Computer literacy (all necessary common software and OS)
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Understanding of “Personal Injury” laws, policies, procedures, etc.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills, ability to draft and edit correspondence
- Prior experience of working with personal injury clients, ability to empathize, listen and understand client needs
Additional Skills:- Bi-lingual (verbal) in Spanish or other language is a plus
