POSITION
The Client Administrator will interact with new and existing clients face to face and over the telephone while providing professional administrative support services. External communication is a critical part of the role. Ultimately the Client Administrator will build and maintain quality client relationships.
This position provides a unique opportunity to join the Law Offices of Mark E Salomone statewide headquarters. Founded in 1985, the Law Offices of Mark E Salomone has been a trusted leader in the legal community and has successfully handled thousands of personal injury claims from beginning to end. Over the years, the firm has evolved with the changing industry trends while maintaining an unrelenting dedication to obtaining justice for injured people from our communities.
DETAILS
Manage day to day operations of assigned claims to handle client communication and issues in a timely fashion and provide appropriate client responses related to the administrative portion of their claims.
Contribute to team initiatives for the benefit of superior client service experiences.
Work with attorneys, senior administrators and managers to meet time management goals.
Collaborate with the team to solve department challenges.
Responsible for client relationship management and satisfaction.
Responsible for managing projects to a timely implementation and delivery.
Maintain professional internal and external communications.
Stay informed on industry trends, issues, policies and apply this knowledge in your role.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Self-starter who is a quick learner and has a curious mind.
Must have outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strategic/critical thinking is a must.
Must know how to function individually and in a team setting.
Highly organized with attention to time management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Candidates must be able to work in the Springfield location, 175 State St, Springfield, MA.
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION DESIRED
1 years’ experience in a customer service environment.
Background to include facilitating client meetings via the telephone or presenting to clients in person.
Legal experience is not required, but will be considered.
Bilingual is not required, but will be considered.
The level of education desired for candidates is an Associated degree or higher.
