We are an entrepreneurial Elder Law & Estate Planning law firm that is on track for aggressive growth and we need an experienced Associate to join our team – working directly with the owner to support the team and help clients.

We are a forward-thinking Elder Law & Estate Planning law firm poised for rapid growth, seeking an experienced Associate to collaborate closely with the owner, supporting the team and aiding clients. Our mission is to be recognized for guiding clients through emotional processes, ensuring they feel empowered, supported, and cared for. As we continue to grow, we require a seasoned Associate capable of diving in headfirst.

If you are ready to grow then this is the firm for you! We need an Associate with experience in Elder Law & Estate Planning law. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding.

This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a caseload, with a possibility of it becoming a remote-hybrid position for those that demonstrate initiative. Initial employment compensation will be based on your experience, with opportunities for increases after that. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability.

Compensation :

80,000 - $100,000 yearly

Our firm assists clients throughout the state of New Jersey with their estate, guardianship, and conservatorship matters. We also help clients with life and estate planning, Medicaid planning, and applications for their families.

Additionally, we work with clients to navigate the challenges posed by settling the estate of their loved ones. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and working on various matters in the Elder Law universe, you will enjoy working in our office.

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
