Growing and busy plaintiff’s personal injury office located in Brooklyn, NY is looking to hire an experienced paralegal. This is a growth position for the right person. The right candidate will be a team player who is extremely organized, reliable, punctual, detail oriented, can multitask and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will be comfortable with the following : - Intakes of new clients - Setting up claims - Filing no fault applications - Assisting clients with lost wages, property damage and provider bills - IME’s and EUO’s - Direct contact with client’s, insurance carriers and their representatives - Obtaining medical records - Preparing demand packages - Preparing pleadings, arbitration demands and responding to discovery demandsAlthough not required, it is a plus if you have experience reviewing medical records and have litigation experience in MVA cases.
