Wyckoff, NJ - Litigation Associate Attorney Needed
Areas of Law We Practice:
- Commercial Litigation
- Real Estate Litigation
- General Litigation
- We also handle business and real estate (residential and commercial), so you may be involved in either as a back-up if Peter is unavailable
Requirements:
- Actively licensed to practice in NJ
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a litigation law firm
- Tech savvy - We are mostly paper-free and use Apple computers
Hours:
Open to Part Time or Full Time (if P/T, must be able to devote at least 25 hours per week)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Dependent on Experience and if applying for P/T or F/T
- We are a small firm and can't pay big firm prices, but you also don't have billable hour requirements here, no one will be yelling at you, and you won't be paid for 40 hours but working 80 hours.

- Max yearly salary is below $100k because we are a small firm, so please know this before applying. There is a lot of room for growth, and bonus opportunities
- Bonus for work you originate
- We are also open to you bringing in an area of law that we don't practice where you keep the majority of the revenue, as long as you can still balance the cases we assign to you
- PTO Sick Pay
