Our main office is located near City Hall in downtown Manhattan, NYC, and we have a satellite office in Brooklyn, NY. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a positive employee experience through the firm’s mission and culture
- Handle daily core HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and compliance
- Effectively create and communicate relevant company policies and procedures
- Assist with interviewing and hiring of new firm members
- Training and developing current employees to maximize their potential
- Showcasing excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Work independently, prioritizing, and multitasking as necessary
- Familiarizing yourself with various apps, software, and marketing platforms to better serve our clients

What We Require:
- At least 5 years of Human Resources Experience
- Up-to-date resume complete with relevant experience
- Cover letter highlighting your skillset
- Salary requirements
- Law Firm experience preferred

- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the USA

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
