The Law Offices of Robin Burner Daleo, PLLC is currently seeking an experienced full-time MEDICAID TRUSTS AND ESTATES ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY to join our team. The ideal MEDICAID TRUSTS AND ESTATES ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY will have 2 years of experience in the preparation and filing of Medicaid applications, as well as experience in estate planning and estate and trust administration.
MEDICAID TRUSTS AND ESTATES ATTORNEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and file Community and Chronic Medicaid applications.
- Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and advanced directives.
- Represent clients in probate and trust administration matters.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on developments in estate planning, probate law, and tax regulations.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
MEDICAID TRUSTS AND ESTATES ATTORNEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in New York State
- 2 years of experience in trust and estates law, including estate planning, probate, and trust administration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional client service skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
