We are seeing an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager for Personal Injury Department
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our personal injury operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and exceptional client service. Applicant must have 10 years’ experience in the Personal Injury field and be able to work under minimal supervision along with 5 years of management experience in management role.
Duties include:
· Manage and lead the personal injury operations team to achieve departmental goals.
· Monitor staff productivity and oversee PI calendar.
· Oversee and manage Intake.
· Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
· Ensure and enforce compliance procedures with legal regulations, firm policies, and industry standards.
· Collaborate with legal teams to support case management and client services.
· Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing reports and insights to senior management.
· Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and quality of service.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
· Maintain regular progress reports which includes setting a schedule such as weekly or biweekly, updates on case developments, client communications, and any actions taken that are critical to PI department.
Qualifications include:
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, business administration) preferred.
· Applicants must possess at least 5 years of management experience in management role.
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in personal injury operations or related field.
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Experience with Smart Advocate and the ability to train staff to use software.
· Proficiency in legal software and case management systems.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and reinforce culture and procedures.
· Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and industry standards.
· *A plus if ideal candidate has Notary.
