About This Role
- This leadership role involves leading client consultations to help potential clients understand their legal options and retain our services.
- You'll provide exceptional service and clear, compassionate guidance to our clients, drafting and reviewing estate planning documents (including wills, Medicaid Asset Protection Trusts, revocable trusts, special needs trusts, tax sheltering trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives).
- You'll oversee legal document accuracy and mentor junior attorneys in best practices, handling Medicaid and Special Needs Planning cases with a keen legal eye.
- You'll train and guide junior attorneys and support staff, ensuring high standards across the firm, and proactively identify legal risks and develop strategies to prevent costly litigation.
