Associate Attorney

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our legal team. . This role involves providing legal advice, drafting documents, and representing clients in litigation. The Associate Attorney will work collaboratively with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure the highest level of service for our clients.

Duties

• Conduct legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis to support case preparation.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Assist in the development of case strategies and provide counsel on legal matters.
• Manage a caseload effectively while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings as required.

Experience

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar association.
• Strong skills in legal drafting and litigation processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to professional development and continuous learning within the field of law.

Pay: $70,680.00 - $77,642.00 per year
